Last night:
Lentils (2 cups? 1.5 cups?)
Chopped up 1/2 bulb of fennel, browned in olive oil, garlic, salt & fresh cracked black pepper
Chopped up potato, browned in the same
All tossed into water with
a chopped up tomato
Cumin
Oregano
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Lemon juice
Yum!
